  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed the next working day.

  • Standard processing time is 1-3 business days, including payment verification, quality checks, and item preparation.

  • Orders with items from multiple warehouses may require slightly longer processing times.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is available across all regions of Australia. Delivery outside Australia is not supported.

  • Shipping fees:

    • Orders over AUD 199 enjoy free shipping.

    • Orders AUD 199 or less incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 16.99.

  • Estimated delivery time is 8-16 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipments are handled by UPS, ensuring secure and trackable delivery.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with order number, payment details, and shipping information.

  • Orders can also be tracked on our website via the Order Tracking page using your email or phone number and order number.

  • Inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage immediately.

Canceling an Order

  • Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours can be canceled directly.

  • Orders over 48 hours old or already shipped cannot be canceled immediately; customers may request a return and refund after delivery.

  • Cancellation Steps:

    1. Contact our store via email or phone with order number and payment proof.

    2. We will process your request and notify you of approval.

    3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return and Exchange Period: Valid within 30 days of receipt.

  • Conditions:

    • Returns without a specific reason are allowed under certain conditions.

  • Return Process:

  • Exchange Process:

    2. Upon approval, send the item back to the specified return address.

    3. After inspection, we will ship the replacement item within 1-3 business days.

  • Return Shipping Fees:

    • Covered by us if the item has quality or appearance issues.

    • Customer is responsible for shipping in cases of no-reason returns.
