  • Shipping Fees: Orders ≤ AUD 199 incur AUD 16.99 shipping; orders > AUD 199 enjoy free shipping.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days, including payment verification and order preparation.

  • Shipping Method: UPS, estimated delivery 8-16 business days.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday are processed the same day; orders placed later or on non-business days are processed the next working day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders within 48 hours of placement can be canceled immediately.

  • Orders after 48 hours should be processed via our return process after delivery.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return and Exchange Period: Valid 30 days after delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • Items with appearance defects

    • Items with quality issues

    • Items with odors, severe color differences, or incorrect items
